Emergency treatment of patients with injuries to multiple body systems from accidents or trauma.
Surgical intervention for life-threatening injuries including internal organ damage.
Initial stabilisation and treatment of accident victims requiring multi-disciplinary care.

Yes, eligible beneficiaries can receive cashless polytrauma treatment at any PMJAY empanelled hospital. The scheme covers up to ₹5 lakh per family per year.
